Hi! I’m Melanie Pessarra and I’m so excited to share the joy of fermented vegetables with you! I’m a Certified Nutrition Therapist, who LOVES to cook and share good food with people. It was actually during nutrition school about 10 years ago that I discovered the art and tradition of fermentation and have been in love ever since! I’m excited for you whether you’re brand new to fermentation or looking to deepen your understanding of the process—it’s such a fun journey!
