A 3-Week Guided Experience + 3 Months Inside Willow & Hive

Imagine if your garden could do more than feed your family.

Imagine stepping outside your back door and knowing that every bed was planted with purpose.

Not just to grow beautiful tomatoes or overflowing baskets of vegetables—but to nourish your family's health.

Imagine understanding which foods support a healthy gut.

Which herbs have been traditionally used to encourage calm and balance.

Which vegetables can become part of a heart-healthy kitchen.

Instead of wondering what to grow, you'll finally understand why you're growing it.

That's exactly what Growing for Your Health was created to teach.

Join myself and Kaylee Richardson of The Honeystead for a 3-week guided experience where you'll learn how to intentionally grow foods and herbs that support three foundational systems of the body.

Module 1 – Digestive System

Digestive Foundations: Building Herbal Protocols for Gut Function & Absorption

We begin where herbal wellness truly starts — digestion. This workshop focuses on herbal categories that support gut function, absorption, and elimination, helping the body better utilize the nourishment you’re already giving it.

We’ll explore gentle digestive allies like bitters, carminatives, and soothing herbs, and walk through how to build simple, food-friendly protocols using teas, infusions, and everyday preparations. This week sets the foundation for understanding how herbs support digestion and why gut health impacts every other system in the body.

Module 2 – Nervous System

Calming the Nervous System: Herbal Support for Stress & Overwhelm

A regulated nervous system is essential for rest, digestion, and overall resilience. This workshop focuses on calming and nourishing herbal categories that support stress response, sleep, and emotional balance.

We’ll discuss nervines and gentle adaptogenic support, how to recognize different stress patterns, and how to incorporate herbs into daily rhythms in realistic, sustainable ways. The focus is on education and support — helping the body find balance, not forcing it.

Module 3 – Immune System

Strengthening the Immune System: Everyday Herbal Support That Works

This week is about supporting immune resilience through consistent, gentle herbal practices. We’ll explore immune-supportive and seasonal herbal categories and how they work with the body over time.

You’ll learn how to think about immune support beyond “fixing” illness, and instead focus on everyday habits, preparations, and protocols that help the body respond and recover naturally through the seasons.

Module 4 – Respiratory System

Respiratory Support: Herbal Protocols for Lungs, Sinuses & Seasonal Wellness

The respiratory system plays a key role in immune health and inflammation. This workshop focuses on herbal categories that support the lungs, sinuses, and airways — especially during seasonal shifts.

We’ll talk through soothing, clearing, and supportive herbs and how different preparations are traditionally used to encourage comfort and balance. The emphasis is on understanding how herbs support respiratory function rather than treating symptoms.

Module 5 – Integumentary System

Skin, Lymph & Detox Pathways: Supporting the Body’s First Line of Defense

Skin is more than surface-level — it reflects what’s happening internally. This workshop explores the connection between skin health, lymphatic flow, and detox pathways.

We’ll focus on herbal categories that traditionally support lymph movement, skin health, and elimination, and how outward signs can offer helpful information about internal balance. This week helps you learn to support the body gently rather than suppress signals.

Module 6 – Musculoskeletal System

Muscles, Joints & Inflammation: Herbal Support for Strength & Recovery

We close by focusing on the systems that support movement and daily strength. This workshop covers herbal categories used to support joints, muscles, circulation, and inflammation response.
You’ll learn how warming, cooling, and nourishing herbs are traditionally used to support recovery and comfort, along with simple ways to incorporate them into everyday routines.
